If you prefer, we are now able to receive your image files by Email. We are still perfectly happy to receive CD's sent by post, this is just an additional facility that we are now able to offer. To submit an album via Email, go to the "Album Submission" page (submit.htm) as normal and follow the instructions - which are also shown below. |

Save your JPEG files with high compression, such as 80%. The quality will still be high enough for the web, and file sizes are much smaller - typically around 250-300K each (please don't try sending 100+ images of 3-4MB each, this will waste time at both ends and will not give any benefits in quality). | |

Merge/compress all your JPEG image files into one file using PKZIP |

Send Email to hwall@hwcp.demon.co.uk attaching the .ZIP file (our other Email addresses will still work but may take longer). | |

Ensure you include a reference back to the Album Submission page (e.g. Album Title) so we can match the images with your album information. | |

form and pressing SEND, you will be invited to pay the amount shown via
Nochex. If you prefer, you may still send us a cheque by post or you can
pay us directly from your online banking account - call for our details. |
