Prices

The pricing is very simple and straightforward, and is "per album". This is a one-time charge which includes the total preparation and loading of the album to our web site, keeping it there for 12 weeks, and passing on all resulting orders.

For your first album with us, we will set up a front page for you (no charge) to include your contact details, prices per reprint, and any other offerings.

There are no ongoing charges, no setup charges (unless separately discussed), and no long term commitment.

...or if you would like to pay "up front", we can now offer some very attractive pre-payment options for 2008.

Unless otherwise specified, all prices mentioned below are subject to VAT currently at 17.5%. Please use our Order Calculator if you so wish.

Per Album:

For digital images: £12.00 plus £0.10 per image for the first 100 images reducing to £0.075 per image for any over 100.

OR a total of just £10.00 for albums with up to 40 images.

Suggestion: if you are not currently a digital user, it is normally possible to ask your processing lab to write files to a CD as your films are being processed.

If you ask to keep your albums online more than 12 weeks, we charge an extra £2.50 per month (incl. VAT).

Pre-payment options for 2008:

If you know how many albums you will be sending us in the near future, these packages offer very good value.

* The prepaid 5 or 10 albums include up to 300 images with each album, over 300 will be charged at £0.05 per image. There is no time limit on when these albums can be sent to us.

** The '40 albums for 2008' option includes any number of images per album, but may not exceed an average of 300 per album (i.e. up to a total of 12,000 images for the year) - extras will be charged at £0.05 per image. For this offer, the albums must be received by us during 2008. If more than 40 albums are required during the year, any over the 40 will be charged at £10.00 each, again subject to the average 300 images.

Food for thought:

	If you send us an album of 100 photographs, this will cost you £12 + (100 x 0.10)  =  £22 + VAT  =  £25.85
	Don't think of this as an EXTRA £25.85 - rather as a means to increase your profits. How long does it take you and how much does it cost you to print, assemble & deliver your proof albums ? ...and how many people actually see the proof album and order reprints ?
	If you get just 2-3 additional reprints from each wedding, you have covered the extra costs of our services - and if you have saved yourself the costs and time of producing a proof album, then you will have certainly increased your profits.
	You don't necessarily have to charge more to your client to make it worthwhile - it will more than cover itself.
