Customer Orders - Terms & Conditions

Any order placed through the www.youralbumonline.co.uk web site constitutes a transaction between the customer and the photographer who submitted the image to be published on the web site. The management of the web site (HW Computer Publishing) have no control over the fulfilment of these orders, and cannot be held responsible for any problems which may ensue.

Payment

Payment for such orders will be made by the customer directly to the photographer. Available methods of payment depend on the facilities offered by the photographer, and are shown on the Order Confirmation page of the web site. These may include:

	Cheque, payable to the photographer
	Credit/debit card, if the photographer is able to accept such payments. Such details will be passed securely to the photographer for processing.
	PayPal or Nochex, if the photographer has a suitable account with these organisations
Payments should not be made to www.youralbumonline.co.uk (or HW Computer Publishing).

Delivery & Timing, Refunds

It is the responsibility of the photographer to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner. If an order has not been fulfilled in a reasonable time, or for any reason the product is deemed unacceptable, the customer should contact the photographer directly to discuss the possibility of suitable replacements or a full or partial refund.

www.youralbumonline.co.uk have no direct control over the satisfactory fulfilment of orders, but customers who are still having problems with their photographer may contact us by email giving full details and we will attempt to resolve such problems.
